Along the journey of my life, I explored many jobs and therapies. When I started my experiment with Hypnotherapy, Human Design and BG5, I soon became very enthusiastic and passionated about the positive results. They successfully supply me with the tools to help guide people (back) into alignment with their true self in connection with their own strengths and talents.

Being the director of the portuguese association of hypnotherapists gives me the opportunity to promote the benefits of hypnotherapy and support our community for connection and professional development of the hypnosis practice in Portugal. Every time I assist a final exam at LCCH Portugal as examinator, I feel so much joy to witness a new hypnotherapist, ready to bring this amazing tool into the world.
